3 Steps to Successful Porting

Step 1 – Confirm Customers’ Particulars With Donor
When your customer is ready to port in to Maxis or Hotlink,
1. Request customer to call to their original operator.
2. Customer to confirm their personal details are accurate in the original operator’s database.

Step 2 – Porting & Submission
Start DealerNet and access to the MNP porting menu,
1. Enter all necessary particulars of the Customers into the system
2. Submit the transaction and ensure to provide customers with Maxis/Hotlink SIM card.
For Operator D, Call 016 -221 1800
For Operator C, Call 1111
For Operator U,Call 018-3881318

Step 3 – Follow Through What to ensure ?
What to ensure ?
1. IC number is accurate – for Malaysian
2. Passport number is accurate – for Foreigner 3. Name as per IC / Passport What to ensure ?

What to ensure ?
1. The porting transaction are successful by checking the report in DealerNet.
2. Once successful, give a call to customer and provide after sales service.
