1) Login to Dealernet.2) Click on the “Online Registration” link.

1) Click on the “Consumer Registration” link.

Registration Type1) Select type of registration :a. Normal registrationb. Porting registration (specify type of porting and donor telco)2) Select type of account :a. New accountb. Existing account (specify existing mobile number)

Customer InformationA) With MyKad reader1) Insert customer’s MyKad into the MyKad reader and click “Read fromMyKad”.2) Customer information such as Name, Gender, DOB, IC No., Race,Nationality will be auto-populated from the MyKad.3) Key-in “Contact No.” and click “Next” to proceed.B) Manual Entry1) Key-in customer information such as Name, Gender, DOB, IC No, Race,Nationality, Contact No.2) Click “Next” to proceed.• Upon clicking “Next”, DDMF and Maxis internal check will be performed on thecustomer’s IC/Passport no. and will proceed if customer is NOT blacklisted.• If customer is blacklisted, dealer will be prompted to include supportingdocuments to justify the registration.

Address & Contact DetailsA) With MyKad reader1) Permanent Address will be auto-populated if previous step was“Read from MyKad”.2) If Billing Address is the same, click on “Please select if same asabove.”3) Click “Next” to proceed.B) Manual Entry1) Key-in Permanent Address and Billing Address.2) Click “Next” to proceed.

Package Selection1) Key-in the MSISDN and SIM card number.2) Select the Rateplan and assign the Value Added Services (VAS).3) If more than 1 line registration, enter the desired number of lines in the “Addmore lines”.4) Click “Next” to proceed.• For Normal Registration, checking will be done on MSISDN to ensure the mobilenumber is reserved by the dealer.• HLR must match for MSISDN & SIM.

VAS1) Select by ticking the desired Value Added Services.

Monthly Bill Settlement Preference1) For customer who opts for Direct Debit, please fill in the Credit Card details here.2) Key-in the following :a. Type of Credit Cardb. Name on Credit Cardc. Credit Card No.d. Expiry Date3) Click “Next” to proceed.* The credit card details will be validated before able to proceed.

SubmissionA) With MyKad Reader1) Key-in Dealer Contact No and Staff Name.2) If submitting on behalf of dealer, select the option and key-in the dealer code.3) Scan Thumbprint of customer for verification. (This step is applicable forBiometric Readers only)4) Click “Print Registration Form” to print a copy of the registration form forcustomer to sign.5) Click “Submit” to submit the registration for processing.B) Manual Entry1) Key-in Dealer Contact No. and Staff Name.2) If submitting on behalf of dealer, select the option and key-in the dealer code.3) Click “Print Registration Form” to print a copy of the registration form forcustomer to sign.4) Click “Submit” to submit the registration for processing.

View Submission Status1) Status of submission can be viewed and tracked here.2) Filter the report based on date, MSISDN, status or registration type.3) Click on the “Transaction ID” to view the details of the registration.
